Leading International Data Quality Solution
Group 1's CODE-1 Plus International Incorporates Universal Postal Union's POST*CODEŽ DataBase - Largest, Most Comprehensive Source of Global Postal Data
Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF) today announced the latest release of CODE-1 Plus International, its global address data quality solution. This release is the first solution from a North American software vendor incorporating data from the POST*CODEŽ DataBase, which is administered by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and contains postal data from postal administrations worldwide. Headquartered in Berne, Switzerland, the UPU is a specialized agency of the United Nations. The UPU's POST*CODEŽ DataBase contains postal data for all United Nations signatories and is designed to enable postal service customers to eliminate addressing errors.
CODE-1 Plus International now incorporates postal data for over 120 countries, enabling users to validate and correct address information. The solution also provides the correct address format and casing for over 220 countries and dependencies worldwide. With high-quality address data, users can enhance the accuracy of data quality initiatives and the impact of global direct marketing programs.

CODE-1 Plus International supports multiple usage environments, including batch, client-server, and Web. The technology is also available via HotData, Group 1's hosted service. HotData incorporates Group 1's data quality and enrichment technology for Web-based cleansing and updating of customer data in customer relationship management (CRM) applications and databases.
CODE-1 Plus International also features the Dispatcher4 workflow module. The Dispatcher4 user interface offers both business and technical users end-to-end control over all data management and data quality processes, from job set-up to processing to results analysis. The technology also lets users manage jobs ranging from a single application to those incorporating multiple Group 1 solutions as well as third-party technologies.
